    Requirements:Good communication skills and a good, positive professional attitude. To be able to show the customer how the computer system will be blended into their office's unique requirements. Must be able to work well with the customer, co-workers, sales and hardware support staff.

    Accounting/business skills with secondary programming knowledge and/or experience in COBOL, Basic or business language.

    Travel is necessary, some overnight stays, some long days.

    Desired but not required: Unix operating system experience. Spreadsheets or data base programs used as problem solving tools. Word processing experience.

    Duties: On-site and in-house customer installation and training. Telephone support and problem solving, on-line customer support. Analyze and solve customer needs and problems by experience, consulting with support staff, and reading program source listings.
